      DAT has a variety of Customer Care programs for, Nortel Norstar Systems, Avaya Partner, Merlin Legend or Magix Systems, each of which can be tailored to fit any Companies budget requirements. All technicians are certified to perform services as needed from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily with access to equipment inventory to assure quick response and repair.

They have also performed extensive work in The State of Illinois E-911 Law implementation and provided Consulting Services to large and medium sized Customers in this regard.
